Our Resort is named after our unique setting: an unspoiled ocean hammock.
These elevated mounds of scrub oak and native brush create a natural barrier
between the land and the area's indigenous coquina sand beaches. The area
offers an abundance of wildlife and vegetation, including 400 different
kinds of birds. As you bike along the Intracoastal Waterway or walk Ocean
Hammock's two-and-a-half-mile long stretch of pristine beach, be on the
lookout for dolphins, manatees, pelicans, snowy white and blue herons,
ospreys, eagles, sandpipers and ibis. On our interior golf courses, you
may spot deer, a fox, even a bobcat. And don't miss the inspiring pilgrimage
of baby sea turtles, as they leave their protected nests and head for
the Atlantic.
With magnificent panoramas of the Atlantic and Ocean Hammock Golf
Club, The Lodge features just 20 guestrooms, including one suite,
all with ocean-view balconies. Just steps away from the beach and
a stunning pool club, this luxurious hideaway for busy executives,

DIRECTIONS: From Interstate 95
Interstate 95 to Exit 289. Head east and continue approximately
5 miles to the Hammock Dunes Toll Bridge ($2.00 toll). Cross bridge
and continue straight ahead on Hammock Dunes Parkway to 16th Road
(approx. 2 miles). At 16th Road, turn right onto 16th Road until
the end; turn left into the Lodge at Ocean Hammock parking lot.

Follow A1A North or South to 16th Road. Turn into 16th Road (a right
turn if you are driving north; a left turn if you are driving south).
16th Road will be marked by signs but is easy to miss. It is located
between two gas stations - a Citgo and a Chevron. Follow 16th Road
and the signs to Ocean Hammock Golf Club.
